Texas Music Revolution
A black-and-white photo essay from two days of live music in McKinney, Texas.
Over two days in McKinney, Texas, bands from across the country gathered for the Texas Music Revolution. We photographed the festival as a living essay, looking for the moments in between the music: the quiet tuning before a set, the heat under the stage lights, a crowd moving together.
The series is black and white by design. Live music is remembered the way it felt, not the way it looked, and the edit keeps only what carries that feeling.
